Great post!  I&#039;ve been successfully using this &quot;cherry picking&quot; approach for adopting Agile for years.  I&#039;ve found the best combination of tools seems to blend Scrum, Lean, Kanban and Kaizen.  I call this approach SLKK and blogged about it a few months ago.
